Confessions

You crave honesty, yet you fear the truth.
You want to know, but knowing only leads to heartache.
The truth hurts, but honesty should be rewarded.
We make mistakes, as we are only human.
We tell ourselves we screwed up, but sharing that with loved ones, is again a different story.
Confessions are simply human nature, though it doesn't mean we like hearing them.
